Akagera Motors, the subsidiary of Akagera Business Group (ABG) has invited Mahindra vehicle owners to a three-day Care Fest to ensure prolonged robustness.
The free Care Fest is part of the first ever global Care Fest, rolled out by Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd (M&M Ltd), a part of the 20.7 billion USD Mahindra Group between November 20 and 22, 2019.
At the Mahindra Care Fest 2019, the vehicles got the best care by trained professionals by way of an exhaustive 60-point checkup, free of cost, while the customers would be engaged with refreshments and entertainment, offering them an exceptional experience.
This signifies the great relevance the Mahindra brand attaches to giving its customers superlative experience by way of organizing amusement and fanfare, thereby taking customer delight to the next level.
During the three-day Care Fest; Akagera Motors, the exclusive distributor for Mahindra, Nissan, KIA, Mercedes-Benz, Renault, MCV, FUSO and FOTON vehicles in Rwanda was fast to generously check Mahindra customers’ vehicles and ensure their visit remained a seamless experience.
The Mahindra Care Fest offered customers attractive discounts on Mahindra genuine spare parts and accessories for the vehicles.
Yann de Walque, Workshop Manager at Akagera Motors, who supervises technicians on a daily basis to ensure customer satisfaction, extolled customers for their loyalty and observed that the free Care Fest was an opportunity to get closer to customers and demystify wrong perceptions that Mahindra maintenance is expensive.
“We wanted to prove to customers that we are a reputable company assuring warranty for whatever you do, hence cutting unnecessary expenses,” he said.
“After the warranty expires, some customers go to local garages, which create more defects, hence tarnishing the Mahindra reputation. With such services, we want to restore the reputation that Mahindra is a reliable brand. Mahindra is a powerful brand, not costly and fuel efficient, making it ideal for a hilly country like Rwanda. That is what we want to prove,” he assured.
Akagera Motors ensured a detailed examination of all key functions of 50 Mahindra vehicles during the three-day Care Fest.
“We have a sixty-point check list on every vehicle, according to which we do a defect report and an estimate of repair, “explained Yann.
Jean Marie Vianney Habineza, the owner of a Mahindra vehicle expressed gratitude for the free Care Fest considering it valuing customer loyalty.
“I bought a brand-new Mahindra Scorpio double cabin pick up two months ago. Being an ABG customer lets you rest assure of your assets. They offer superior after sales service that potential customers should consider when they make decisions to buy vehicles,” he said.
