“Our new and old employees are given quality trainings from experts. Last year in November, we invited the wine sommelier cup winner Geoffrey Kariuki who trained our waiters about wine, how to serve it and meals that accompany wine. Such trainings equip staff with skills that are used to create a special experience for customers.”
