MTN Rwanda has announced the launch of a 360 campaign dubbed ‘Connect Forward’, under MTN Business, the Enterprise Business Unit (EBU) of MTN.
Designing a solution for businesses is MTN Business’ core expertise with solutions that include; fixed and mobile internet access, networking of company branches, highly secure firewall, anti-spam and anti-virus system security, data centers for the hosting of private, trusted and hybrid cloud solutions such as websites and applications, among others.
Speaking at the launch which took place at the MTN Innovation Hub in Remera, Chief Business and Corporate Affairs Officer, Chantal Kagame said that the campaign speaks to how MTN as a company moves forward as a business in terms of running a well protected data and easy internet connectivity.
“We realize that continuous investment is paramount to guarantee that clients receive business solutions aligned to their current and future needs.”
MTN Business operates as a fully converged provider, with an ability to offer businesses the largest range of Fixed Mobile Internet-Based ICT services. Many of these solutions mainly target Small and Medium Enterprise (SMEs) in need of affordable, efficient and collaborative productivity solutions.

According to the Senior Manager and Corporate Sales, Didas Ndoli, the data center is secured from the physical entrance with cameras and a supervisor guiding the client when they need to check their server and portal.

The data center has a fibre connectivity and UP Systems that run 72 hours when the power is off until a generator is automatically connected.

MTN Mobile Money, one of the company’s key revenue contributors also sits under the Business Unit. The recent introduction of MoMo Pay payment and m-ticket solutions articulate the company’s commitment to contributing to the national economic strategy on enhancing cashless transactions that offer convenience and security to all Rwandans.
Mobile Money has seen a steady growth in the number of subscribers and remains one of the major growth areas of financial transactions in the country as more people join the network.
