During the campaign, users of EazzyPay will walk away with different awards and prizes including 12 brand new motorcycles, 12 large size televisions, 12 smart phones and a grand finale cash prize of Rwf 2.5 million depending on transactions made.

The bank has also hired external qualified professionals to ensure transparent selection of winners.

Speaking during the press conference, Equity Bank Rwanda Managing Director, Hannington Namara said that the launch of Eazzypay is testimony of the bank’s efforts to further the government’s agenda of creating cashless economy and promote digital transactions.

“The EazzyPay we are launching today is the first of many and our continued commitment to serving our affluent customers by widening our portfolio through innovative and excellent products and services. It is the beginning of many solutions we are bringing to the market,” he said.
