“Seyani Brothers specialises in the construction of all types of buildings. We are not involved in major road construction or infrastructure, although we could diversify into these sectors depending on the project. We have many more projects in the pipeline throughout the region and we plan to expand into South Sudan as well,” said Parbat Siyani, Chairman of the PBS group of companies in a recent interview.
The first project for Seyani Brothers in Rwanda was the extension and modification of the National Bank of Rwanda (BNR) headquarters buildings in 2007. Other previous clients include the British Embassy, Bourbon Coffee, GT Bank – Kibuye Branch, College of Science and Technology, Rwanda Social Security Board and the Uganda Embassy.
Siyani said that Seyani Brothers Rwanda will continue to focus on building construction and is looking for opportunities in the construction of high-end finished apartments.
“We anticipate increasing opportunities in high-end real estate in Rwanda.”
