Balton Rwanda, in collaboration with industry leader, Radwin (Israel), started the year on a high note by hosting an evening to thank their clients for their continued support towards bringing the latest in communications technology to Rwanda.
“This evening was about saying thanks to our [Communication Technology] clients, those who have been with us through thick and thin and those that have just got with us. We are thankful,” said Bob Gatera, the Managing Director of Balton Rwanda during the event held at the Chillax Lounge in Nyarutarama, Kigali.
He assured clients that Balton Rwanda is here for the long haul and that they will always strive to improve where needed to ensure that their clients’ business grows.
Balton Rwanda’s Communication Technology department specialises in providing state of the art IT related equipment from many leading manufactures in the world today.
The company offers a wide range of ICT solutions to its ever growing customer base.
Similar to its sister companies throughout the Balton CP Group, Balton Rwanda focuses its Communication Technology activities in four main areas; Security, Networking, Connectivity and Power and has led the successful implementation of complex projects and installations in banks, utility companies, phone and internet service providers and more across Rwanda.
Gatera noted that with the ability to implement solutions requiring technologies such as HF long range wireless, VHF and UHF local systems, complex trunking, microwave and digital systems and much more, Balton Rwanda’s team has the experience and expertise to create advanced and cost effective solutions for its customers.
This, he said they do while empowering their partners with the knowledge and skills needed to maintain these systems for the long run.
“What makes Balton tick is that we are very professional. We have trained workers that make sure that they give support to all our clients 24/7.
You can go home and sleep knowing that if anything happens that you don’t expect you can count on us,” he said during the interview with Hope Magazine.
He added that they are always on the look-out for the newest technologies which they integrate with their existing technologies.
“As you know, technology has a lifespan of two to three years so we are always working and looking for companies that have the best technologies.”
Inspired by a drive to constantly upgrade the technologies introduced in Rwanda, in recent years, the Balton CP Group has led the way in the introduction of technology rich data centres throughout Africa, an initiative being brought out into the Rwandan market by Balton Rwanda.
Additionally, the company continues to take a pro-active role in ensuring that the most advanced cyber security software is available in the Rwandan market.
“We just want to tell our clients that Balton is here to develop their businesses with them. We look at ourselves as partners in growth, not just to buy and sell but for the long haul,” he closed.
