Kigali, Rwanda. February, 2016 – In a move to sensitize the masses about their services and products, Airtel Rwanda staff have today completed a field exercise of selected towns in Kigali.
Many Airtel customers had been asking about some of the latest Airtel products and services and it is through this move that the Airtel Rwanda staff opted to go on the ground and educate people about the products and services that Airtel Rwanda offers.
With emphasis being put on the latest offer, which is the 32 RWF per minute call rate across all networks. The teams visited areas of Nyabugogo, Nyamirambo and Kigali town. The teams were welcomed with massive interest and applause seeing that they had taken time off their daily schedules to interact with existing and potential customers.
Speaking to one of the many customers that joined the Airtel network on the same day, he said; “I was so surprised to see the Airtel team here in town. I even met the Managing Director. This is good customer service and I am happy they came to my area today.”
Airtel staff received a lot of important and needed feedback from the people they met and they appreciated the feedback. The staff promised to work on the issues raised and at the same time continue to offer the best services at the most affordable prices.
After the activities, the Airtel Rwanda Managing Director, Mr. Michael Adjei said; “We chose to come to our customers and teach them about our latest 32 RWF call rate offer. We are delighted with the feedback we got and we shall continue to work hard to deliver the best services to our customers. This field visit will not be the last one and we shall continue interacting with our customers through our service centers, field agents and customer care helpline.”
The 32 RWF call rate offer across all networks is the most affordable call rate amongst all the telecoms in Rwanda.
