Mobisol to reward customers through ‘Noheri Iwacu na Mobisol’ Promo

Buyers of solar home systems are set to win big during festive seasons, thanks to Mobisol, Rwanda’s leading off-grid solar energy company which has launched ‘Noheri Iwacu na Mobisol Promo’ as part of existing programs to reward customers and share festive seasons’ joy with them.

Throughout the promotion that runs from 19^th November 2019 to 19^th February 2020, Mobisol customers purchasing new solar home systems at different shops countrywide will stand chance of winning prizes including; T-shirts, stereo radios, umbrellas, smartphones, televisions and a motorcycle as the grand prize.

All customers having purchased Mobisol solar home systems will stand chance to enter the raffle draw while selecting the winner of the grand prize to be handed over at the end of the promo.

New customers will find stickers on newly bought solar home systems, unseal and send a message containing the digits found by mobile telephone to 2345.

The client will structure the message as follows:  Noheli-Loan account number-number of the draw found on the sticker and send the message to 2345 to get instant notification confirming the prize won.

Every new customer will get two free additional lamps.

Existing clients will get Rwf 20,000 commission fees times the number of recommended clients.

Speaking at the launch of the promotion at Mobisol headquarters in Kimihurura, Blaise Butoyi, the Head of Sales at Mobisol Rwanda assured customers of transparency during the three-month long promo.

“Clients will as usual buy solar home systems and stand chance to win instant prizes and get qualified for the raffle draw for the grand prize.  The secret is simple. Buy the system to light your home and enjoy benefits of the promotion,” he noted.

“The customer will himself/herself unseal the digits and has the right to keep it secret when sending the message. We assure them of transparency and improved service delivery as we share Christmas joy. Beyond the promotion, customers will also enjoy three years warranty,” added Butoyi.

Mobisol Rwanda Country Director, Sylvie Kayitesi Kanimba called on sales team and technicians to be good ambassadors serving customers with utmost efficiency.
