KCB Bank Rwanda joined the rest of the world to celebrate Customer Service Week in style.
Customer Service Week is an international celebration to highlight the importance of customer service and of the people who serve and support customers on a daily basis.
The five day event that kicked off on 2nd October, saw customers being given gifts including ties sweets, branded books and pens, but also a professional pedicure, manicure, or hair treatment for ladies among others on the first day of the campaign by KCB Bank Rwanda. The clients obviously were delighted with such treats.
On the second day, the bank handed out gifts including wines and branded items to Small and Medium Enterprise customers at their premises.
Bank officials used the third day as a product promotion day, dressed up in branded t-shirts for Mobiloan and Mvisa, and took group photos in which they displayed signs that read #CommittedToServe.
For the last two days, the bank showed appreciation to its staff by giving them gifts like cake, sweets and ‘thank you’ notes. The lender also recognized teachers who are their customers on National Teachers’ Day and bought them gifts such as ‘Gitengye’ fabric and wine bottles.
On the last day, employees dressed up in African attire and gave out cake, tea and snacks with external customers. Cleaners and security guards were also celebrated for the work they do, while children with a Cub account received bags.
