UAP Insurance Rwanda has organised its second Brokers Reward Dinner during which brokers were recognised for their work.
In 2015 UAP Insurance Rwanda introduced Loyalty Reward Program for its business partners including brokers, and each year the company hosts a dinner to celebrate the partnership with its brokers.
Based on their performance of the previous year in terms of production, loss ratio management, credit control and products sold, the top five brokers are identified
“The program was created to support the brokerage business, improve their experience and leverage our services with partners in creating customer value,” said James Mbithi, the Chief Operations Officer UAP Rwanda.
Annie Nibishaka, head of Marketing & Distribution at UAP Rwanda, added that working with
brokers is an excellent way for the company to offer its products to customers.
The Central Bank of Rwanda currently recognises 14 licensed brokerage companies in Rwanda, the first of which was registered in 2006.
