UAP OM Group, a leader in insurance and financial services, on 7th July celebrated Purposeful Casual Friday in style with staff wearing white attires to recognise colleagues who are workplace role models.
It was also a way for to challenge employees to appreciate their colleagues’ contribution by awarding them with a ‘Hero’ sticker for having a positive impact on daily office life.
The insurance company also decided to celebrate Rwanda and Kenya as the two nations will hold elections respectively on 4th August and 8th August.
At UAP Insurance Rwanda, too, heroes were recognised this Friday.
“On this Purposeful Casual Friday 7th July, as we are committed to do great things on that day, we chose to acknowledge our role models at work for their responsiveness, efficiency, accountability reliability, and many other reasons allowing us to deliver our great service,” explained Adeline Muhoza, Public Relations and Marketing & Communication Specialist.
